Located in the heart of beautiful Fountain Hills, Arizona, the River of Time Museum explores how the rich history of the Lower Verde River Valley connects us to our present-day lives. The story of this region’s past, and the people who settled here is the focus of our interactive, family friendly history museum.

The L. Alan Cruikshank River of Time Museum

Located in the Fountain Hills Town Center Complex on the southeast corner of Avenue of the Fountains and La Montana Blvd next to the Fountain Hills Library
East on Shea Blvd. to Fountain Hills Blvd. Turn left. Follow Fountain Hills Blvd to El Lago. Turn Right onto El Lago. At four way stop, turn left onto La Montana. Turn right into parking lot about ½ block. The River of Time Museum is the first building on the left.
Head North on the Beeline Hwy (AZ 87) to Shea Blvd. Turn left onto Shea. Turn right at the next signal onto Saguaro Blvd. Travel to El Lago and turn left. Turn right at the four way stop onto La Montana. Go ½ block and turn right into the parking lot. The River of Time Museum is the first building on the left.
